Coronavirus Advice
During the pandemic the function to book appointments online remains suspended. In line with NHS advice we will be operating a total triage system for the foreseeable future. This means that (with few exceptions) when you make an appointment it will be for a telephone call and the Doctor or nurse practitioner will then decide if you need to be seen in person and by whom. You can also get in touch with us via eConsult and the NHS and Airmid apps which integrate with our computer systems (iphone and android compatible).
Please continue using online services to order medication and to see results and lists of diagnoses. When you look at your results online you will be able to see all your results including abnormal results. We will make every effort to communicate significant results to you but sometimes it may be that you will see these results before the clinician has had time to communicate them to you. Please be aware of this possibility. If you do not already have a username and password for this system you will need to call into the surgery in person to register.
Ordering repeat medication
If you have access to the NHS or Airmid apps then you should be able to requests repeat medication through these. Alternatively you can use SystmOnline. Additional support with the ways online services can help with health can be found at Our Dorset.
