In line with national guidance we are moving to triage more appointment requests remotely for all patients. Online booking of appointments will be temporarily suspended in favour of triage via our eConsult platform. In the coming days we will be promoting eConsult for all patients rather than phoning reception. Use the blue pop up box below. Continue using online services to order medication and to see results and lists of diagnoses. When you look at your results online you will be able to see all your results including abnormal results. We will make every effort to communicate significant results to you but sometimes it may be that you will see these results before the clinician has had time to communicate them to you. Please be aware of this possibility. If you do not already have a username and password for this system you will need to call into the surgery in person to complete a registration form and provide 2 forms of ID (ie. passport, driving licence, utility bill, etc).

Book a routine 10 minute appointment with your doctor, our nurse practitioner (who can do most of what a doctor can do) or blood clinic nurse. For more complex appointments such as medical or minor operations you will still need to phone and discuss with a receptionist.
